This is the ANSADV parameter, which means a timer for call forwarding - there is no response. You can perform
dis-ctime:cp1;
It can be changed
cha-ctime:typeswu=cp1,ansadv=12;
I do not recommend reducing it anymore, as this parameter is used for other AMO.
