s8720 technical raining

I have a pressing need to get one of my technicians trained and certified on the s8720 product. Does anyone know a training center or program that can provide this service? The Avaya web site only lists the sales advantages and differences from the older product.

The first step is to pass the Avaya Commmunication Networking Core Exam. This link should give you that information.

The next step is to attend the Avaya University classes or online training.

There are many retired Avaya techs that might come inhouse to walk your tech through some training. U could put an ad in the local paper or craigslist.org . It would be much better than a class room and probably cheaper. Avaya training is very expensive. Avaya also has some cd-roms that are very good for self training but they are very expensive unless you can get one on a auction site.
