In the Status Summary section of my S8710 servers (CM3.0) it says...

Now, is my "Duplication Link" down because "Standby Shadowing" is off or is "Standby Shadowing" off because my "Duplication Link" is down? Shouldn't I have 1/1/1 under "Control Network" on the standby server as well. I am not using control network B, just A, and only have one IPSI board in the A cabinet of two G650 cabinets.

Yes you should have a 1/1/1 under you USA2/standbye server.

Your shadowing is off because your duplication link is down.

It cannot shadow the device as the link (duplication link) that serves that function is down.

I am suprised your not showing some plat_alarms if your duplication link is down.

I have no alarms. None. This is the main reason I asked the question.

I am able to ping each side of the duplication link from the respective servers just fine, so I know the connectivity is there. I am not sure about the fiber. Is there a way to check that?
