We are in the process of upgrading our G3si v9 PBX, and I was wondering what the people out there with call centers and non Avaya CTI applications experiences were with the migration.
Basically are there any little pitfalls that we should expect and prepare for. Also what is your general setup with CTI, call center and the new Avaya 2.0 version.
(Currently our call center release is 8.1 with EAS.
