S8700 Cvg Of Calls Redirected Off-net

Hi,

I used this feature at my last job on a G3 and expect to use it on another G3, but while we are waiting on the feature to be turned up my boss would like to see it work. So I'm playing with it on our S8700.

Here's the problem, when I coverage remote to my Sprint cell the call terminates at my Sprint vm, regardless of how many rings are set. However, if I change the cov remote # to my Blackberry, the call returns to voicemail after 3 rings like it should.

Any ideas why this is working properly with the Blackberry, but not the Sprint cell? I swear that this worked with my Sprint phone on my old Definity!
