What circuit packs are the digital polycoms compatible with? We ahve a mix of TN2181 adn TN754 cards. All the phone does is stay in the initilise state. Never connects.

Digital POlycom are 2 wire Digital sets, so they do not connect to the 4-wire TN754.

Be sure to connect the phone to the transfo the right way,... I also made the mistake, and the phone stayed "initializing".

don't connect the conference phone to the connector labeled with the little phone,.. that one is to connect another digital phone to the conference phone.
