S8510 w/G450 - License Error

I am installing a new S8510 with CM 5.1.1 using g450s as gateways. (No G650s, No IPSIs).

I created a license file using the s/n from a g450.

I programmed everything up on the bench and everything is working fine except I am getting a license error saying there is a s/n mismatch. When I status the serialnumbers, it shows:
MG# 1 10.10.10.2 serial number UNKNOWN

The s/n DO match, but the CM isn't getting the s/n from the g450. I checked the firewall settings on the CM and everything looks correct.

Here's the setup.

S8510 with 1 NIC active as Control A and corp LAN: 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
G450: 10.10.10.2 255.255.255.0

Thoughts?
What am I missing?
And are there any Docs for setting up an s85x0 to a G450 using a procr interface?

A quick call to Avaya fixed the problem.

A command on the G450 was needed.

ip license-server

If anyone finds docs on it, I would appreciate it.
