s8500 backup error

i have s8500b server. when i backup security file,

the system show"

backup: 200: BACKUP COMPLETE WITH ERRORS for security backupset, FLASH CARD.
backup: 201: The following files were not found and were not backed up: /etc/opt/ecs/rmb/rmbsamp.xml; "

how can i clear error??????

i try other system (s8700,s8710,s8500) ok
only s8500b will show error message

There is a problem with the files associated with the SAMP board of the S8500B (only the S8500B has a SAMP board) use the troubleshooting document for the SAMP (available at avaya's support site) for more details.
