S8300B RAM type 2

Bought an S8300B off Ebay, it came with no RAM planks installed. If anybody has a similar media server, could you please take a quick look at what kind of RAM this thing has? Can't find anything definitive in Avaya docs except that it should have 2 x 256 MB DIMMs; no type info though.

Link is to EBAY - s8300B has 2 for total of 512MB

Seems rather unordinary besides the ECC part. I'd try firing it up with good old PC133 non-ECC RAM if I had any. Error checking notwithstanding, it appears very similar to an old Mac G4 tower's RAM -
