just to add to the first post - when I log to the system over ASA, I always get two information on the screen:

* Local Survivable Processor (LSP) *
* Translations cannot be saved *

I'm not sure that this is normal.
I don't have any alarm or error in the system.

All translation will be sent to the LSP by the ICC. Look for this in the documentation, and everything will be more clear.

ICC is the one who control and have translations for the whole system. Everytime sth is changed in ICC, will result in the updated information to the LSP, but everything is controlled by the ICC.
