S8300 Reset System 4 Problem

Hello everyone.
I have a serious problem.
Please let me know how to fix this problem.

My system is S8300 running on MV1.3 with G700 and IA770.
And "Reset system 4" occurs cyclically, I think it occurs every 40 days.(I experienced it twice.)

They say that AVAYA COE sent out questionnaires to S8300 users.
Do it have some connection to this reset problem?

You should look at applying the latest superpatch, so if you are running CM 1.3 apply patch 6111. We had some issues with CBC, and ISDN trunks but the patch resolved them.
