Ok so now it is 1:00 am EST and my s8300 server keeps restarting. I look at the server alarms and this is what I get.
ID Source EvtID Lvl Ack Date Description
4 _WD 18 WRN N Fri Mar 26 00:47:03 EDT 2010 Application LicenseServer restarted. Retry 1, New Pid: 7506
3 _WD 22 MIN N Fri Mar 26 00:47:03 EDT 2010 Application LicenseServer (4513) terminated
2 _WD 22 MIN N Fri Mar 26 00:47:03 EDT 2010 WARNING: Watchdog killing LicenseServer (pid 4513) because heartbeats stopped
1 _LX 4 WRN N Fri Mar 26 00:47:02 EDT 2010 OVERLOAD CONTROL LEVEL 2
0 _LX 3 WRN N Fri Mar 26 00:47:02 EDT 2010 OVERLOAD CONTROL LEVEL 1

I looked at the LX warn it is telling me that my CPU is 92 percent full and I can tell you that there is know one in the office at 1:00 am but me... I am not sure what to do from here. Is their a problem with my s8300 server or is their another problem. At the same time my CM restarts and I can not make any calls. I know I am not thinking straight right now but right now I just need some help....

Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance

When posting like this please try and include information such as Hardware and Software versions. There is definitely a problem. Your processor should be nowhere near 100% except potentially during the CM restart.

From the command line run the commands 'swversion', 'statapp', 'statusserver', 'almdisplay', 'ps -ef', 'cat /proc/cpuinfo', and 'cat /proc/meminfo'. Post them. These should provide some direction.
