I have a Site with a S8300 and two G700's connected via the stacking modules, they are using the Digital extensions a IP soft console and the Avaya conferencing bridge.

Below is the setup.

001V1 ICC MM S8300 B HW02 FW001
001V2 DS1 MM MM710 A P HW04 FW015
001V3 DCP MM MM717 A P HW02 FW004
001V4 ANA MM MM711 A P HW25 FW068
001V8 MG MSG BOARD no board
001V9 MG-ANNOUNCEMENT VMM-ANN

002V1 DCP MM MM717 A P HW01 FW004
002V2 DCP MM MM717 A P HW03 FW004
002V3 DCP MM MM717 A P HW03 FW004
002V9 MG-ANNOUNCEMENT VMM-ANN

They are having problems on the soft console transferring calls it only happens intermittently during the day but when it does the spilt key on the console comes on, and they then have both parties on but they can’t drop out of the loop and connect them together. This seem to happen in conjunction with a different fault where call pickup/transfer stops working, what happens here is that when a call is ringing on an extension and they try to use the call pickup key it just beeps and won’t let them pick it up the same with the transfer key it just beeps and doesn’t do anything else.

I am just wondering if any one else had had a similar issue as we have upgraded all the software and firmware on the site but still no fix. I did wonder if it could be a resource issue but some people at avaya agree and some disagree.
