S8300/G700 Modem

I need a modem for a S8300/G700 will the MultiTech MT9234ZBA-USB modem work? When I plug it in I get no lights do I need to upgrade the drivers?

I think this will work. A modem should always come in the package once you order from Avaya. Have u tried enabling the modem on the web interface?

Never did I had to buy one just like it from Avaya.

TY. I may not waste my time but I have 4 of these things.

It might be a firmware upgrade for the modem to read the driver on the PBX. If you figure it out please let me know.

Will do. I have another install (S87xx) in a couple weeks and will have these in front of me. This one is in one of my branches and using people as my eyes/ears even though I think they have everything connected right.
