It seems that the procedure to backup an S8300 has changed. I, and several of my coworkers, have tried for hours to get this process to work like it did, (or i think it did). With tech support's help, we now have a 34 step procedure to get the translation file from the server to our laptop. It seems that the "backup now" page only gets the file to a directory on the pbx server. Then there is a terrible manual process to put the file on the laptop. So, 2 questions:
1) is this the way it's supposed to work?
2) if not, what's the procedure?
