Hi! I'm wondering how you know if it is a s8300b or s8300c you have?
 

Do the command swversion under the bash or check this command under the WEB pages.
 
If you want to determine (or confirm) the type of server you're logged into, you can execute the CLI command,
"grep ServerType /etc/ecs.conf", and the values you can see decode as follows:

icc = S8300
s8300c = S8300C S8300C 1GB CHAWK
s8300d = S8300D S8300D >= 2GB CHAWK
