s8300 and G700 getting silent calls

I have got a problem on a G700(a stack of two) with S8300 and Pri card, all works fine but every so often we get calls coming in which connect but you get silence on both ends. we have run some traces and it seem that the system sets the call up but then doesn't setup the audio channel.

We have tried moving the Pri to the second cab but still the same.

We are only getting this problem on IP handsets.

I think you have the same problem one of our customers had, the call is connected but there was no audio path. Our customer has an 8700 with 3 8300's and it was happening only on the IP phones. Avaya has a combo patch 11284 that they can install and it will fix your problem.
 
I'm having the same issues no codec set, no ip resourcce on a call that fails. S8300/G700 . Any updates?

issue a 'show voip v0' command at the g700 mgp prompt and see how much dsp resources are used up. no ip resource error probably means that you're trying to use more dsp resources than you have.
