I have an S8300 on which 2 sets won't light up the voice mail light. I've checked all the software - the correct switch is defined under switch number in Audix (shared Audix box which is DCS to all locations), on the 2nd page of the extension, Audix is defined, and all the other voice mail lights on the phones at this location are working. I'm at a lose. I've changed the sets out (4620's) so its not the lamp in the set. I'm hoping someone can help me. Thanks!

It sounds dumb, but I've seen this before (on my 8700), maybe it will help:
Go into ASA, change station xxxxx
On the first page, make sure the Message Lamp Extension is the same xxxxx, for some reason I've seen it otherwise.
I know that's probably not it, but just in case!
