S08 Videoconferencing

I am trying to create the correct short codes for incoming calls to a videoconferencing system connected to the first 4 ports of a S08. I created an incoming call route as follows:

Incoming Number 5220
Desctination 555
Bearer Any

I created the following shortcode:

SC 555
TN 5220
Line Group 501
Feature Dial

I renumbered the first 4 ports to Outgoing Line Group 501.

When I call the DID number from a Video system I get a message that states the number is busy. Any idea what i did wrong?

Line Group 501 OUTGOING ?

Should be INCOMING LINE GROUP

it should be outgoing line group id!

Do you have LCR on the system, iff so this will process the SchortCode again & overwrite the line group ID preference.

Add the shotcodes to your LCR route as well.
