RVA on group

Trying to set up RVA on main incoming number I will use the commands on CORG but just now I am testing on a GH.

The initial welcom works but no other greetings.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Try it on a CORG, there's no queue counter on a GH like ACD and Operators, may be your problem, not in a position to test myself right now,
