Runtime package for service packs updates for CR XI R2

I have done the service packs updates for my development machines per the following :
Sp1 - BoXiR2Win_sp1
MHF1 - CrXiR2_mhf1
Sp2 - CrXiR2Win_Sp2
Sp3 - CrXiR2_Sp3

However I wonder where the Runtime package located for the above updates.

I went to the Crystal Reports Runtime Packages on Crystal Reports website, and I have some questions :

1. Service Pack 1 + Critical Hot Fix 20 (updated Oct 2007)
Where the relevant MHF1 ? The reason i ask is that i need one particular patch -
Adapt00595883 for click event on the CrViewer.

2. Are the (Srevice Pack 2 + Fix Pack 2.7) & (Service pack 3 + Fix Pack 3.3) relevantly equaling to
SP2 & SP3 for the development machines.

3. Which merge modules should i apply either .Net or RDC development one ?
for your information, i do use ReportDocument object for window desktop application.
