I get this message whenever my Windows XP Pro starts up. How do I get rid of it? Thanks!

Somehow your Symantec/Norton installation is unhappy. Is this a new error, say after installing a Norton product?

Or is it a new error, with no installation of new Symantec/Norton products being done?

Or did you use a registry cleaner recently?

A user just reported the error to me today. She has Noron Systems Work 2003 installed, but the antivirus has expired. I tried to remove it but, can't be removed via Add/Remove Programs. No, I haven't use any registry cleaner, yet. What is a good one?
