When a user is in MS Works and trying to open up a tasks, a MS Vis C++ runtime error shows up. Any clues? Thanks!

Does it say anything else other than runtime error? What do you do to cause it? I think our friends at Microsoft who made the program would be best equipped to answer this question.

Actually, I didn't do anything. In fact, it's not even my machine. A co-worker asked me to look at it. It's his fiance's.
