Runtime error 5156

I have a user who is reporting a runtime error 5156 crashing the app. She claims that there is nothing else to the message. I can't find anything that might explain what this error means and I can't re-create it. Has anybody seen it before or know where I might look? I've tried to search the Microsoft website without any success.
