runtime error 50057

can any one tell me why i get run time error 50057 "form could not be loaded". Its making me very angry. all my other 20 forms load well but one in particular keeps messin up with that error. please help!

Do you have any special thrid party controls on that form?

its ok now. i just deleted the form and re-did it. hopefully that should last.
