Runtime Error '32003' Login has failed

I have developed a package in VB using SQL Server database. The package is running fine on about 20 Clients except one.
There is an arrangement of e-mailing from within the package( through outlook express using mapi message). I have used Mapi tools for this purpose.

On one Client when we click for e-mailing it gives Runtime error '32003' Login has failed. Outlook Express otherwise is running fine but from within the package e-mail is giving problem. Any one who can help is welcome.

We have encountered this error message (32002) also. We use Outlook 2000 as our email and normally when a user receives this message it means that their email box is full. They must delete the sent and deleted items.
