Running Windows Update through Admin Terminal Service 2

Hello,

Has anyone had any issues running Windows Update through Terminal Service. I know it is going to make me restart several times I didn't know if logging back into TS would hinder the process in any way.

This server is a long way away and I don't mind it restarting. I just want to make sure others have run these updates through the Admin TS.
