Running web URL via TS 2003 connection?

Hi All,

I want to publish a State-run web app via a Windows 2003 Term Server connection, sorta like Citrix's application publishing. It's just a URL that I would auto-launch within the session, and it would save bundles of http traffic over my WAN. I know how to do it - but the problem is the screen refresh rate of TS makes the web app appear to run slower. I've adjusted colors to lowest level, cached bitmaps, the whole deal.

Any ideas?
