Hi,
I am trying to pull customers who have exceeded costs within the last two years on specific products of $125.00.

I have grouped on the customer ID and have a grand total by the ID. In the Group selection I have eliminated those who have cost less than $125.00. I have in the selection criteria pull only the specific products impacted by the cost limit.

Any ideas on how to just look at individual customers costs within their rolling last two years of their costs outlays?

Tough to guess what you are looking for. Try to explain the data structure, the desired output, and thge problem.

Sorry for the delay,
I am grouping a customers claims by their ID, then claim ID.
I have a field of total costs summed at the customer group footer. I put in a group selection formula to elimiate those who have not cost more than $125.00

Sum ({@TotalPaid}, {CMC_Customer.Customer_ID})>125.00

I also have a formula at this group footer to determine the difference between the first and last claims based on claim date.

DateDiff ("YYYY",Minimum ({CMC_CDML_CL_LINE.CDML_FROM_DT}, {CMC_Customer.Customer_ID},Maximum ({CMC_CDML_CL_LINE.CDML_FROM_DT}, {CMC_Customer.Customer_ID})

What I need to do is a running time period for each customer of their last two years worth of claims and pull only those who have exceeded $125 in costs.

I hope this clarifies.
Thanks
