Running Command Windows In The Background.

Hi all,

I have perl installed and everytime a script is called from a website on the server, a command window shows for a few seconds on the desktop.

Is it possible to run these in the background without actually showing this window?

I realise that I could just leave this, but it gets a little annoying when 5 or 6 windows appear at the same time as this takes the focus off the window that I am currently working on.

Any suggestions appreciated,
