I am trying to run a function in the module area from the switchboard.
I selected " run code" in the command area of the switchboard manager. Put the function name in the "function name" area. I get " There was an error executing the command". If i step through the program for the switchboard it get's to the statement

' Run code.
Case conCmdRunCode
Application.Run rst![Argument]

Then faults out. Any suggestions.

Thanks In Advance.

does the function need a value passed to it in order to run??
is there a typo in the function name??

Take a look in the Switchboard Table, and see how it is entered in there, you may see something obvious.

I've had the same problem with switchboards. It seems to be impossible to run functions or subs that require parameters to be passed. It seems the only way to do it is to create a function/sub that doesn't require input and use this to call the one you want.
If you look at the help on the run command it shows you can have parameters and they should be in a comma separated string, but even trying to pass it to the switchboard this way fails.
