Running a Macro when upgraded form 97-2000

I have a user who was just upgraded to Office 2000 and is getting the following error message:
The macros in the project are disabled. Refer to online help or documentation for help. I can't for the life of me remember where to go enable them.

not 100% certain but try "tools" "Macros" "Security" and select "low".
