Can the runas command be used to install a .reg file?

not sure what you mean by 'install a .reg file'? They 'install' by double clicking them - or you can use regedit as a command line app.

If a user that does not have access to the registry double clicks on a .reg it errors out.

So I would like to be able to configure a script to do runas and have the registry settings import as a result of that script.
