RunAs with automatic password

Hi everybody,

Does anybody knows how can i use the Runas utility without having to pass a password? I want to run some utilities who needs some privileges in the network, but i do not want to give the users this privileges. I want this programs to run transparently for the user, without prompting them for password.
Anybody can help me to find a solution?
