Run Time error 3265 - Help please : )

hey all,

ok within an app there a button which allows the user to print out a record,happy days, its runs fine on most the machines cept for one when the user clicks print i get a run time error 3265. Any ideas? I really appreciate any help anyone can give because im at the end of my tether with this un,
