Does anyone know what this error is. I'm using Access 97' and I have tried for the past 3 days to at least get a response from someone at the Access forum (which is normaly a great forum) -
And I've tried Microsoft's site - no luck.
Any help would help a heap.

What are you doing in Access when you get the error?

Thanks all for the responses. Hasit, The link you provided shows page not available.

Gwinto - I'm trying to use the SendObjects to email a query and or a report via Lotus Notes.

The error said the database may either need to be converted (which it doesn't) or the object is hidden (which it's not)

That's a pretty broad spectrum of possibilites from Microsoft.

dschomburg, you are right. Don't just click on the link, copy the entire line (that includes the ;EN-GB;q244695 piece)at the end of the link and paste it into the browser address bar.

That should bring up the document. For your info, the document number is 244695, so you can just type that into the Microsoft KB page if you still cannot access the link above.

A-ha! Yep it helps when you copy the whole thing.
But alas, I still don't understand what it's telling me I have a form or report hidden, when I don't.
I am tring to use SendObject (which is either a query or report - and is not hidden - but is not open, could that be it???)

Not being an Access guru, but reading the link, it looks like you have to have the query or report open.....

hi dschomburg (and everyone),

I have the exact same problem. did you work it out ?

Kurdy,
Nope. But I did come up with a work around.
I use the hyperlink property of a button and use "mailto:12345678910@whatever.com"
in order to send a page out.

Please let me know if you find anything else out.
