Run Report and send Via e-mail

I am trying to remember where I pulled this report before.


I am looking for a report that is broke down by ½ hour and shows “ max dedicated agents” and “Avg Pos Worked”.


I am trying to set this up to automatically run and be sent via e-mail to someone daily.

Are you using BCMS, ASA, CMS or other?

If you want to send a simple BCMS Report via ASA I can help you, but I don't have CMS (yet).

ASA has a report feature under the advanced tab, where you can type in your BCMS report command and it gives you options to schedule, e-mail and store on a network drive.

Tha bad thing about emailing is if you run Outlook on a Exchange Server. The latest service pack (SP2 or 3 I believe) will not allow ASA to send and email without you clicking yes to authorize the email to be sent. You can down load programs to "click yes" for you but they click yes for everything. The program I use is coincedently...Clickyes It can be found here:
