Run Outlook Express rule during certain period of day

Hi,

Is there any possibility to have an Outlook Express rule run during certaing period of time, for example from 8 P.M. to 8 A.M.?

I need this rule to be on and off automatically, i.e. without manual adjustment, depending on period of day.
