Run as Administrator, Why Not? 2

I have heard, but never heard why, that you should not run your day-to-day applications as an administrator. Instead, a second user account should be created that is only power user or standard user.

What are the benefits to the user for not running as an administrator level?

According to MS - Running Windows 2000 as an administrator makes the system vulnerable to Trojan horse and other security risks. An unfamilar internet site may have Trojan horse code that can be downloaded to the system and executed. If you are logged on with administrator privilages, a Trojan horse could do things like reformat your hard drive, delete your files, create user accounts with administrator access rights, etc.
