Run and Refresh Documents

I have a situation where I am finding users refreshing already refreshed documents.

I know the above setting if disabled would stop users doing this but we also have some documents that are not pre-run where users are prompted for what they want to see so setting the above to diabled would stop them doing this .

Is there any way of allowing users to only refresh certain reports ?

I think the same issue has been asked before on this forum (but no idea what the consensus was; please do a search)

One way to keep them from refreshing again is to make sure they are confronted with a report or form that shows the last refresh date/time...
