Run a Game with elevated privledges

I have just bought championship manager 4 to run on a XP pro PC.

There are users of the PC who only have limited accounts and the game needs administrator privledges to run, which i cant give these users.

Is there a way of running the game under a limited user account without giving them any admin rights?

I cant use RUN AS because they would need an admin account credentials.

Is it possible to use a batch file to run the game specifying to run as an administrator?

or is there a better solution?
