rules wizard didnt work in my outlook

Outlook's rules will only work if Outlook is running. If you use Windows NT, 2000, or XP, you can lock the desktop which will allow your programs to continue running. Otherwise, you'll need to use a third-party tool or find a way to set mail rules on the server.
