Rules don't always work for external email

Had a couple of cases where "Out of Office" replies to external email don’t include the message from the rule.

Strangely, the message looks fine in "Sent Items". I don’t seem to be able to reproduce it, and it seems very intermittent as it doesn’t seem affect anyone (or the same person) all of the time. Gwcheck doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.

Using GW6 SP1 on NW51SP3.
