Ruler Guides

I have Quark 4.04, Macintosh. I am setting up Master pages for a multi-page document, but can't figure out why some of the green ruler guides that I've set up disappear after saving and going to document setting, nor reappearing in master page mode.

I remember that there were several issues with version 4.04. I don't recall if there were guide issues, but printing and some other things were flaky. It may help if you update (free download) to version 4.11 (then add the 411 Fix extension as well.) That solved most of the upgrade frustrations for me...

Thank you for the tip! I didn't realize you could update to 4.11 for free. I'll see if that resolves this.
