Rule Based on Users SMTP Alias 1

Is there a way to move email that comes into a certain smtp alias to another folder? For instance let's say Suzzy is in accounts payable and wants an alias setup so that it looks like AP@TheBigCompany.com instead of Suzzy@TheBigCompany.com. Then she wants the mail sent to this addess moved to a folder automatically. I can not get Outlook to see this To: email address. I can see it in the Internet Header but I don't know how to get Outlook to see this in a rule.

Why not setup a Public Folder with that SMTP address? That's what they're for!

Good point! Worked like a charm and she ended up needing to share it with another person anyway. This allowed me to do that easily.

Well I am back to this same question again. I have a different challenge in which a public folder would work but it seems a waist for just one user. In this case I have a users who needs an alias setup, and depending on what the message is, either send it to somebody else or keep it. This alias address tends to get a lot of spam so he does not want it to go into his main inbox. Is there a way to get a rule to move email based on the email to: address?

My other option is of course to setup another user and give him access but that also seems like a waist.

Not only is it a waste, but it requires another CAL. If you're getting a lot of spam, you should address that on a global level.
