Rugged Dect Phones

Anyone have experience with any non Avaya rugged dect phones that work on the IP Office R3 dect system? We have have trashed two of our ten 3711's in the last six months.

Yes,

We had the same problem with those handsets.

We switched them for simple siemens Gigaset S3/S4.
Works even better then the avaya handsets. More ruggid, better range, less features (who cares)...

Or use th new 3720 or 3725.
They are more solid and you also prepare to the feature.

we had this issue you can get this "ruggedised" case we got them for a customer but the phone cant be charged in the cradble with it on HAHA

but they worked
