RTUI.EXE...any idea what this is? 2

I have a sluggish Win98 2nd edition computer. It seems like a script may be running in the background. No evidence of anything in msconfig but in task manager RTUI.EXE is running.

Does anyone know what this may be?

Hi, this is a complete guess, but there is a company:

that does something with (grocery store) cash register tape advertising. Could some component of their's be running? It's certainly not a part of a standard windows installation. I would disable it (not delete) and see what difference it makes. good luck...
