can anyone give me some general guidance on rss feeds? Is it possible to take someones feed and incorporate it into my site? If so, how is this done? any sample code?

You may want to take this to the server side programming forum of your choice...
It looks like you use ASP, so the forum would be: forum333

Actually, change that to:

Just in case you are trying to do it via a client side language.
