Everything was in place but getting the line protocol down. Try to debug the packet couldn't see any reply packet from remote network, but received plenty of input error & CRC error. Telco has verified the line is clear. Got stuck here. Can anyone here provide me the config for the both router, or maybe the setting we have to lookup at the leased line modem ???

Many thanks...

If you are getting high CRC and input errors, I would try checking all your cabling. Those errors mean that the physical connection is having trouble somewhere along the path of the packet because the original packet isn't getting to the destination with the same size as when it left. Verify the cables, and router interfaces, and then have telco run another test.... sometimes they aren't as "clear" as they claim....

Has this line ever been up/up before? Or is it new? Let us know...

The line was up/up for few second, after the third HDLC seq packet being sent & not reply from the remote end, the int change to up/down.

Can you post configs for the two routers? Then maybe we can see what the problem is....
