RRAS Woes?

I can't seem to get anywhere with this problem. When I attempt to configure any of my ports in the RRAS console I get the following error.

The port information cannot be saved.

Cannot complete this function
(800703eb)

I can't find anything about it anywhere on the net. I don't suppose anyone on here has?
